Estelle - I could see Mireille's point about the flatlay blankets but I still think the held up ones are perfectly well presented. I know how difficult it is to photograph my own blankets at home. I can no longer crawl about the floor or climb up high enough which is why I photograph my blankets on the washing line. Even then I have to pick my times as I've found the colours look much better on a sunny day with a blue sky background!
Absolutely no apologies necessary. We really appreciate seeing all the photos from South Africa and totally understand the difficulties involved.

Oh, Estelle...please do not hurt yourself doing this! We do appreciate all your efforts as it is such a thrill to occasionally spot a square one has made. I love seeing everyone's creativity. It is an inspiration that so many wonderful people are doing something (and so cheerfully) to make this world a better place.

Oh what beautiful bounty! Such great use of textures, appliques galore, sensational stripes and some really glorious and unusual colourways. I'm delighted to spot 2 of my creations amongst this collection too. Thank you for posting xx

I see one square that could be mine, but who knows - I always think I remember but when they are put into a blanket they look so different that I'm not sure!
