Welcome to September 2025
It is the first day of Spring for those of us in the Southern Hemisphere and my favourite season.
The CoM (colour of the month) is........
A lovely,soft shade that can be nice on its own, or mixed with just about any colour you can think of.
As usual my thoughts turn to food.....haha.
Cookies and cream (icecream)
Peaches and cream yoghurt (yum)
Strawberries and cream (one of my favourite lollies/sweeties)
Scones with raspberry jam and cream
Chocolate layered cake with cream filling.
Pavlova with kiwifruit, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries....any berries.....and cream.
I think I've covered just about every colour . 
Cream is so versatile.
So.....if you have some cream in your stash, perhaps you might like to create some pjs or striped/patterned squares containing cream.
My apologies if I've made you hungry....I'm starving!!

One little cream ombre square, made with leftovers from previous projects. (Maybe more yellow than cream, but as close as my yarn basket could get.)
I think this would make a beautiful centre square in a blanket. It is so bright and cheerful.

For this blanket, which I started in August for the CoM brown, I have used a Print September variegated and So Crafty Cream for the panels. 6mm needles, 48sts, K3P3 4 rows per box and 51 boxes for the width, times 4 panels. I chose a gingerbread coloured DK to join the panels and the edging.
Yummy! I'm really liking these four-panel blankets, Karen. The addition of the gingerbread trim raises it to a whole new level of delicious-ness.
