Pick me, pick me!!
Une merveille Karen : j'adore les couleurs et le design original. Le tout est très reposant et bercera l'enfant qui recevra votre nouvelle couverture.
Amazing work from everyone and it's only January 5. Love your introduction Bev especially the definition of Blue.
I posted this on the last day of last month so I don't know if anyone saw it, although I realise there's not many Brits on here now.
"I've always kept a supply of customs forms at home so that I can take them to the Post Office already completed. I took two parcels in this morning and was told I no longer needed the forms as they print them off themselves, which I then had to sign. I was a bit concerned but had to trust she knew what she was doing! Has anyone else in the UK encountered this?"
Thank you all for replying. It must have changed really recently then. I dread holding up a queue and also I didn't actually check what I was signing so I'd better wear my glasses next time!
Just posted a parcel this morning and, yes, they printed a number of labels and copied details from the form I had completed, but I wasn't asked to sign anything. Hoping there are no problems, but they did stick my customs form on too, so fingers crossed. (Local post office staff weren't familiar with the process, so it took rather a long time and led to an impatient queue behind me!)
Yes Patricia....I posted 2 parcels yesterday, was told I no longer needed to fill in the customs declaration and that they would do it at the counter. I made sure that the value was £1 on the printed form before signing it!
Thanks, Karen. I mainly couldn't understand why they no longer needed my details.
A Blue Whale for the theme color.
