When researching the CoM, I discovered that  the colour purple symbolizes many things:

creativity, peace, magic/mystery, royalty....to name a few.

I'm sure you will find at least one of the above in each of the pics below.

      J'adore ces 2 carrés Patricia : celui de gauche carré chocolat fourré café-caramel et celui de droite me fait penser à un sorbet pêche-citron vert + un motif sublime qui évoque le cristal ... Vraiment très beau smile

      Diane, this reminds me of some yarn I had when I was a child and was making dolls' clothes. I loved it then and I love it now!

        I loved it as soon as I saw it. It caught my eye in a shop called Tedi, a German chain I think. Not seen this shop in UK, but we are in Spain where it is well known.  Slightly heavier than DK 4.5mm needles but only made 2 squares and a pair of HW. Heading home tomorrow, 2 overnight stops before catching the ferry from Bilbao to Portsmouth.  Been unbearably hot this month, temp hit 47.1c in our patio🥵 a week ago, so haven't achieved as much knitting as I would have liked. So looking forward to cooler temperatures🥶

          Nowhere near those temperatures but we're in the middle of what qualifies as a heatwave for England so at least you can keep your cardigans packed away, Diane!

          Wow! that is hot weather for you guys, I imagine. A little fellow in my granddaughter's class left last night to spend a month in England visiting relatives. I told his father how lucky they were to be missing a whole month of Winter. Lots of cold, rainy days here, lately.
