the Southern hemisphere.

BLACK
What value has black????
Without black.....
Black Beauty could have been a movie/story about any old horse.....
Where would 'tall, dark and handsome' be?
(I know I'd be cryin'.....haha)
Without black, we'd be looking at daylight 24/7
AND
in our blankets we'd be missing a vital contrast colour
BLACK goes with ANYTHING!
Whether it be a little or a lot......
I know for some of us (counting me), black is a little tricky on the eyes........
enjoy as best you can.

The black border really makes them pop!.
Choose. Or for the non Aussies Chickens. Maybe the centre panel are even roosters, keeping an eye on their flock.
So fun! You always have the best designs and choose perfect yarns to carry out the theme. This blanket will be loved and hugged and used for years.

Jolly auto correct, I had typed chooks and didn't notice it had been changed.
Black was a difficult colour for me, but I searched through my stash and found 3 variagated balls of black that I got in an op-shop a couple of years ago and had forgotten about. The chook pattern I have been wanting to try out for a little while now.
Completed blanket (edged in black!) using leftovers from 2 blankets made earlier this year. I used 2 x 100g Ombre yarn to complete. My 1st all in one blanket, no sewing woohoo!😊 Two teddies to cuddle.
