Greetings Ann from "across the Pond" in Canada. Is your weather any less beastly over there lately? I've been cringing watching it on the news. I'll take -30 any day over what you've had to put up with this past year. I suppose it does make good knitting and crocheting weather! Do check the New Member Guide which you can find by clicking on "Main Page" in the header above. You can also reach the Discussion boards by clicking on "Patterns" above, then click on "Squares" on the bit that pops down and once on the Squares patterns page, click on "All Discussions" which is above the title on the upper left. Convoluted but works for me! We are striving to simplify things, we really are. Meanwhile I love making these squares...from my hands and heart to their bodies and hearts. Lovely! :) Again, welcome, the kids sure deserve to hear that they matter, and to be bundled in warmth we can send them. :)
Hi Ann and welcome to KAS. It is a very friendly forum with lots of helpful information, the only problem you may find is initially navigating the site. I've found members very quick to answer questions, give advice and tips. It's just so good being part of a multi national group that quickly become friends.
Hi Ann, Welcome to the KAS forum and I hope you enjoy being part of this friendly & lively community. Do you knit or crochet or both? Around the world caring people are all taking direct action and team-working with the Ladies of the Soweto Comfort Club - it is making a difference to many parentless children. When you've had a chance to look around the site you would be very welcome to join the UK group for more local news and chat.
Glad your Daughter directed to you our team!
