Welcome to KAS, Carol from across the Pond in the middle of Canada where it's supposed to be summer but I'm wearing a sweater and just put the house heat on. Yeah I know, wussy Canadians. You brits just handle damp chilly weather better I think. That large bag of wool will be super to make blanket squares, adult sized hats (the 2-3 yr. olds fit adult medium sizes!) and Go-overs. If it's 100% wool do mark that on packages you send and it will be reserved for those living around open flames for heating (since wool doesn't melt like acrylic does) and for the kids living up in the hills under trees and rocks, as wool stays warm when wet and it's winter there now. I mainly use acrylic but sometimes I find a wool that's softer than what I can buy at our local sheep farm. :)
