23.03.2022    I DON'T KNOW.  I SIMPLY MAKE IT UP AS I ALONG ALONG.  WHEN HELD UP TO THE LIGHT MY RECtANGULAR PIECES 8 or 16 or 24" by nearly 40" look like stained glass church window panes.     SORRY THAT I AM UNABLE TO SEND A PHOTOGRAPH.   IF A PANEL IS TOO LONG, ONE SIDE CAN BE ROLLED UP  decoratively, AND IF TOO SHORT, IT IS EASY TO ADD an band which has been washed.   I UNDERSTAND THE CROCHETED EDGES ARE TO KEEP THE BLANKETS THE SAME SIZE RATHER THAN RISK STRETCHING THEM WHEN WASHED.    cc uk  .
