Thank you for your reply. Sorry about the seven hundred squares I think I got you mixed up with someone else! Having said that 3 squares is a fab contribution, so thank you very much.
I look forward to hearing about your progress Claire, sorry again for the misunderstanding x x x
Well, I did think 700 was going it some - just think of all the postage! I learnt to knit as a small child but there have been long periods in my life when I haven't done any at all. I've certainly done it quite a lot in the last few months - more than the rest of my life put together. It's a win/win situation - the more you knit the better you get so the more you knit! Glad you're enjoying it.
Hi Claire,
Welcome to the UK group. Hope you enjoy being a KASer - you will find that people are very supportive and helpful on the site. If you haven't already done so, do look at the Photos section - loads of inspiration and good ideas.
Welcome to our warm KAS community. It's great to see you. We hope you will enjoy the forum and your region's group. You should join the UK group.
There are lots of great discussions going on in the forum, including the monthly challenges.
We are still continuing our July Challenge - keep a newborn warm, making blankets for abandoned babies, and there were some great results for the August in Africa challenge - you can see photographs under the photos menu. (Details of both challenges in the main forum). We're also continuing our September challenge which is also under "challenges" in the forum and have got the October challenge which is fascinating, please see click the link for further information:
