Hello fellow Floridian - I'm a bit West of Hollywood, Florida. I see the cheerleaders are from Doral- not to far. My daughter is a cheerleader here in Broward. Maybe I can talk them into some knitting. - Love the pics!
Thanks for the info Connie. I loooove Festivals, I'd have thoroughly enjoyed looking around yours. I thought of "State Regional Finals" because, seeing the cheerleaders made me think of the competitions they have between teams. :)
Connie I was "behind the barn door" when they handed out photography talent so I hear you on photography. Yours looked fine by the way. I saw the Peace sign very clearly on your square and it took me right back to the late 1960's and early 1970's. :) It's needed as much now as then and makes a great statement on a plain square where it shows off to best advantage.
Welcome to our warm KAS community. It's great to see you. We hope you will enjoy the forum and your region's group. You should join the USA group!
There are lots of great discussions going on in the forum, including the monthly challenges.
We have a challenge every month, if you want to get involved please do. It's not compulsory at all but some of the work done is just lovely. Have a look at the November challenge - the SLIP-OVER (under challenges in the main forum) this will give you an idea of some of the fantastic work this community is doing for the children of South Africa.
