Thanks Jane for your kind comments, but never worry about not responding immediately - we know people get round to it when time permits! Love & Laughter, Pam
Hi Jane, sorry to hear about your sister. I hope she is feeling better. Linda will be posting a 'report' about our time at Skegness shortly, looking forward to reading that. Hope you get to see it too. I'm glad you enjoyed your time at Skegness. I have to say it was a great thrill for us to see the enthusiasm of everybody. Roll on next year!! Please dont feel you have to knit loads for KAS. As we said before, it doesnt matter if only one square is knitted, all are put to good use and it was a great pleasure to meet you and hopefully we can continue on here
Hello Jane. Am I right in thinking you are the wonderful Jane who supplied us with much needed knitting needles last week? THANK YOU.
I have been keeping a little eye around to see if you did manage to find us. There are loads of photos and chat if you ever get the time to have a good browse around the site. Everybody here is so helpful with any questions or if you just need a bit of confidence building. Have fun.
Welcome to KAS, Jane from across the Pond in Canada. Yes, we've still got snow, just don't tell me about your blooming flowers and we'll get along just fine! :) I find KAS such a rewarding cause to be involved in and I hope you enjoy it too. Do check out the New Member Guide which is found by clicking "Main Page" in the header above. To reach the Discussions just click Forum above. Any questions just PM me. :) So, welcome to Knit A Square! Blankets and hats and sweaters direct from our hands to their hearts, a win-win.
Hello Jane, welcome to the forum. The site has become very large now and takes a bit of getting used to but if you have any queries there is always someone happy to help. Everyone is very friendly and supportive and there's a great sense of purposeful committment. If you would like to join the UK group we'd love to have you.

Hi Jane and welcome to KAS. I joined last year after a lay off of some 25years from knitting and I've recently started crochet classes.
The site is a bit daunting initially but as Christine says there are so many friendly and helpful people.
Happy days whether you knit, sew or crochet.
Barbara

Do you knit or crochet or both?
