      Hi Lynn
Hope the move went OK?? No my son didn't get into uni all the places were cut dew to goverent funding so he has gone back to college for another year.
I am great we have just come back from a week in Potugal and it was great, it was 35 degrees and when we got back to London it felt quite cold. How long has you grand children lived in Germany, and do you go and visit them? Have a good time on the IOW.

      Hi Lynn
I have been on a mission knitting squares the last few week. How it the painting coming along? This s a good time to get in the garden with the great weather that we have been having. What are you making at the moment. They are all talking about wool from poundstretcher have you seen it? I might have to take a look at that.

      Hi Lynn
I was helping my mum sort out her wardrobe and found a carrier bag full of aran wool. Some if it was half knitted unstead if picking it a thought that I would have ago at felting. so I boil wash the sleeves back and front and it all came out matted together, when I cut it up I got 16 squares out of it. I made 3 more squares out of the remaining wool and sewn them all up this is such a quick blanket to make. First time I have done felting will do it again if I can find a pure wool jumper, will have to look in the charity shops.
Hope you are well and not to snow under with decorating.

Hope you and the dogs are keeping will. I think it is going to be a nice day today will try and do my hanging baskets I got the plants at the weekend.

      Hi Lynn

The Leeds trip was great we went down a coal mine and went to the royal armoury. The shopping in Leeds is good there are designed shops for the people with money (not me) and then we found the flea market (thats more me) I found wool stalls but did refrain myself from buying any.
I have never seen anyone post scarfs but they can sew them together if they wont to. Sound like the decorating is going on to long.
Should be quite good reading the Ezine this month.

going to Leeds tomorrow so I can take it with me. How is your friends cardigan going? Did you have a good Easter? I spent most of my time looking after my mum. I expect you had a lots of time to do some painting. The weather has been lovely manager to get into the garden and do a bit of digging, and planting some seeds which are a bit late going in.
