      Dear Patty,

Ronda has expressed the need for a newer vehicle to transport squares and blankets. Helen Flagg has proposed to the US Group that we raise funds to help KAS purchase a car. The idea has gone global and there is an initiative on the forum about it. Check the latest ezine video at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3VK9mbUrGWI&feature=youtu.be

To visit the US Group, click on this link:

Also, The Humble Stitch Project has offered to ship all squares received in Florida by Dec 15th to South Africa for us for free.  Check out their offer and the address on the Forum in the US Group.

      Hope to see you there!

Hi, Sandy's husband Roger is writing a proposel. It will probably take a while as when I first contacted the USAID office they said they got my e-mail right away but it took months to get to the next step which was for us to write a proposel and submit it which Roger is doing.  Hope it works as we got lots sent when we could send to Planet Purl and the Apo box postage is very reasonable. Roger said he would let me know when he hears back from them.  Jan

      Patty,

Thanks so much for the suggestion to contact the GFWC in my state, PA. I just heard from the District Director that they like the idea of KAS and want to make us their International Project! Your suggestion was superb!!

Hi Patty sounds like you are helping a lot! Thank you so much for your support, I'm sure you'll enjoy the wonderful people on the forum. My advice would be to put that question "how can I help" to the people in the forum, they will come up with some brilliant answers for you!
