Welcome to KAS, Pauline from over in Canada. How's your weather there? I hope no more floods or wildfires, you guys have had an awful time lately. It's still chilly up here in June and I've got the house heat on right now. I almost feel the need to crochet sweaters for the flowers I planted in our garden!
I hear you about helping others less fortunate. We're considered somewhat "poor" for our small house and limited means here but I'm living like a Queen compared to these children! I find KAS such a rewarding cause to be involved in and I hope you enjoy it too.
Do check out the New Member Guide which is found by clicking "Main Page" in the header above. To reach the Discussions just click Forum above and if you click on Photos above, you will see items that are heading to Africa, in all colors and shapes, plus those that have arrived there. Any questions just PM me. :) So, welcome to Knit A Square! Blankets and hats and sweaters direct from our hands to their hearts, a win-win.
