Hi Demelza, I'm sorry that you are leaving the forum. If you don't wish to receive the notifications the best way is not to click the "follow" button. The only way I can remove your from the forum list is to suspend you which is not ideal, because then their is a record of your suspension. To be honest no one has ever left the forum before, so I'm not sure but you would be able to remove yourself without the record of "suspension" being shown. Have a look on your profile and see if you can remove yourself before I go ahead and suspend you Demelza.
