Welcome to Knit A Square from the middle of Canada! Please feel free to visit Discussions or join Groups to talk about things or go to Photos to see what some members are up to. Talk about yarn artistry! It’s a very positive group and it all goes to help the poorest of the poor, AIDS/HIV orphans who are parentless and being cared for by many good and kind folk in often desperate surroundings. Our crocheted, knitted and sewn items can help give a child hope, warmth and a smile. Glad you’re with us!
Thanks Jeannie, really after 2 years of production you are quite an old stalwart of KAS! Thank you for all the work you have created quietly in the background. So sad your friend is no longer well enough to crochet, but at least she has made a difference and that her contribution has been valuable to the children! All the best, Pam
HI Jeannie, glad you liked Canada. I spent 3 months in Australia, 24 (!) years ago. We travelled around in a camper van and saw all the sights. Plus spent time in Melbourne with family. Good time !
Our temperatures were more summerlike today....up to 30C and muggy. But can't complain, it's great for the gardens.

Very sorry to hear about your friend.....
Hi Jeannie, The jumper sounds lovely. Would you be able to post a photo of it before it is sent? We love to see what everyone is making.
Our summer is just starting but it hasn't been warm so I've been able to continue crocheting Linda x
HI Myrna, nice to have you on the forum. It is great that you have been sending squares for 2 years. I'm sorry to learn that your friend is not well.
