  Hi Gitta. Thanks for the message. We're having some really nice days here at the moment after a week of very cold and windy weather. We were able to sit outside yesterday when friends came to visit, but Autumn is definitely upon us.

  I posted the owl pattern in the members' patterns some time ago. The quality is not great, but it is readable (just!). I'm going to type up a better version eventually and post ti. The title is Sydney Owl.

  You must really be happ Spring is coming to your part of the world.

  Thank you for the welcome.  It feels good to be part of a worldwide organisation which helps those who are less fortunate. I love knitting but hate srewing up, so knitting squares is a complete pleasure.
