Ah, the month I have been waiting for
and it's no April Fool's Day joke......
This month the CoM (colour of the month) is....
PINK
I felt inspired by this poem
that I discoverd.......sadly, I can't seem to locate who penned it.
Pink’s Lullaby
“Pink’s Lullaby” is a calming ode to the nurturing aspect of pink, often associated with comfort and care. It paints an image of a serene evening, where the color brings warmth to the world.
When evening comes in pastel tones,
And sunlight for the moon atones,
The sky wraps us in arms of pink,
As stars above begin to wink.
Like softest sheets on childhood bed,
Or gentle touch on sleepy head.
Pink’s lullaby, a soothing hum,
As day to night does finally succumb.
So rest your eyes, let dreams unfurl,
As pink engulfs the waking world.
To every heart, its warmth apply,
In the soft strains of pink’s lullaby.
Whichever colour and yarn inspires you to create warmth for the children, this month, please share your crafting with us all.

I got together appliques for1-5,for some 'bear counting' last September, but I never even got started with the knitting part. Then I decided to do them in October....didn't happen. I collected more appliques, recently and have finally started on bears 1-10.
Teddies ready to go to SA to put smiles and the children's faces. Precious pink sweaters.
They're absolutely gorgeous Bev.
How precious is this idea, too cute for words. Sending strong positive vibes to you Bev, I'm sure we're all fully supporting this planned set of adorable teddy bearness xx
My goodness you can hear a pin drop in here everyone is sssso quiet. I hope you are all okay ♥️. Here's a small set of hats based around some odd yellows teamed with different variegated wools:
Glorious Collection
PRETTY as a picture, Karen!!
LOVE them all, but especialy loving the colours in the bottom centre and the colours/colourways in the bottom right.
Thank you Bev ♥️. I have enough of the bottom right variegated to make a blanket teamed with baby pink, it is in my project queue. Top row middle and right, plus bottom left are yellow teamed with the variegated leftovers from 3 recent blankets. Middle bottom variegated will be toned with blue when that CoM comes round too. I'm cuckoo I know + confuse myself most of the time too, ha ha!
Delightful square's Diane and so so neat as usual.
Love that poem Bev and all the shades of pink.
