Welcome to KAS, Krystal, from up in NW Ontario above MN. I too jump from project to project. I've actually managed a couple of sweaters for KAS but only by jumping to other smaller things and then back to it again. I call it "grasshopper mind"! Sorry I'm tardy in my welcome, my Inbox got away from me as I felt poorly for a bit. I find KAS such a rewarding cause to be involved in and I hope you enjoy it too. Do check out the New Member Guide which is found by clicking "Main Page" in the header above. To reach the Discussions just click Forum above. Any questions just PM me. :) Welcome to Knit A Square! Blankets and hats and sweaters direct from our hands to their hearts, a win-win.
Hi, Krystal! Welcome to Square Circle Forum! I've been to Ontario several times, to Toronto, Hamilton, and, most recently (and touristically!), the Niagara Falls area. This is just a tiny corner of your very big province, though. Do you live down at that end or far away from there? What I saw, especially the Niagara region, with its quaint little towns, lake vistas and wonderful vineyards, was so beautiful!
Anyway, don't miss joining the Canadian Corner discussion group. Being from Philadelphia, I'm not a member, but I read their discussions and they're a bright and active crew!
So glad you joined us! I, too, have knitting ADD...love that phrase!! I always have several projects going and find it is so easy to take along a square to knit while waiting for an appointment or between students (I'm a reading tutor). I also spend hours looking at the KAS website. The photos of the children are inspirational!
