I have got the beanie pattern to send to you but it seems that we aren't friends, even though we both accepted each other!! I find this website quite difficult to navigate. I am unable to attach the file from my computer so have copied and pasted it on here.
Originally I made this hat with 7.5mm needles throughout but it came out too large, so decided to try with 6.5mm for the ribbing and 7.5mm for the rest of the hat. The hat fits me, it also fits a 3 year old, and a 7 year old, the fit was much better than using the larger needles. Hope this is clear.

Mireille,
I am unable to send the pattern at the moment, we are at our house in Spain. We leave here on 4th December and arrive in the UK on 8th December. Once I have unpacked and have everything sorted ( shopping etc) I will send it to you.
I was unable to send a message to your inbox because, I think, we aren't "friends", i have sent a friend request to you. Once you accept, it will be easier for me to send a copy of the pattern plus the original page from the internet (not available now!).
Regards
Diane
Hi Mireille, and welcome to the Square Circle Forum, home of Knit a Square.
My name is Amy and I am one of the Moderators from the USA.
We hope you enjoy the different discussions that cover all aspects of KAS. We hope that you will get to see your work arrive in The Barn or better yet wrapped around a child during a distribution.
Please feel free to add a comment or two to photos or discussion. This site is a little challenging at the beginning but with a little practice it is very easy to navigate.
I look forward to seeing some of your work on the Forum
