Hi, Jackie! I have your message. Welcome to Houston! I don't live near your daughter; indeed, I am on the other side of the city at NASA, halfway between Houston and Galveston. I am not familiar with George Bush Park, but I found some info about it and if you will post your daughter's email address here for me, I will forward the links for you. The dog park looks fun but has some definite rules. There is some other info you might find useful. Glad you like the weather. Yesterday was really cold and the wind was like a knife, but today is heavenly and this weather should prevail the rest of this week. I know you don't miss the ice and snow one bit! More later. I will give you a call at the number in your message tomorrow or the day after. Blessings, Helen Flagg
Hi Jackie, Please gom to the U.S. Forum group for current information about a fund drive to provide a newer vehicle for Ronda to take blankets and hats to the creches and squares to the stitchers. Donations in any amount are welcome.
Good news!! The Humble Stitch Project from FL will ship our squares, hats, vests, cuddles, sweaters etc to S.A. if received by Dec. 15th. Go to the forum for the mailing address. Jan Wilcox, OH
