Just found this Website and am thrilled to be able to contribute to such a wonderful cause. I have just taken up knitting after about 30 yr layoff. I am retired now and have lots of time for charity knitting. I have been searchig for a charity for a while and seems I have found the perfect one.My husband and myself were both Australians but have lived in the U.S.A. for 50 yrs. Am about to start a few squares and some sweaters.

Hi Helen, I would love to make a few KASCuddle,s for the babies. I am off to Michael,s or Hobby Lobby to find some yarn as all I have at the moment is acrylic.
I can see how these projects can become very addicting.

Hi, Judy..............hope you found the pattern on the KASblog.
One caveat: the pattern says knit the body to 25 inches.
Ronda in South Africa is asking for a longer body length for bigger babies.
Please make the body 28 inches (or if you have extra yarn, 30 inches) to give the
older babies more foot room. The collar is still 5 inches.
Thanks, Judy!!!
Welcome Judy ! It is indeed wonderful to be making squares for the children. Just be warned....we tend to find making squares very addictive LOL
Have you joined the U.S. group? I know there are a couple of people from Texas on that group.

Great to have another pair of hands helping to keep the children warm.
