An update from Estelle on June 29, 2026...

We unfortunately had to cancel our June KNIT- A-SQUARE meeting however the ladies kindly dropped their blankets and collected a couple of squares. Thanks for collecting the blankets Ronda.

Jozi is CHILLY today and will be even colder tomorrow so this was a good day to be handing out blankets to two small creches in Soweto.

News from Estelle and volunteers on May 26, 2026...

Once again KNIT-A SQUARE has been blessed with amazing blankets from our loyal contributors who always seem to go the extra mile for us.

 

We met yesterday to open post, natter and exchange squares and blankets.

Ronda brought the most exquisite blankets - photos to follow - for our winter distribution on Monday. Thanks for sharing them Ronda and thanks to the Kempton Park team for collecting the squares for Cath’s memory blanket…still some to come.
