    • beautiful blue squares- lovely colour

    • So sophisticated Pat, wit-woo xx

    • Agree with Bev, lovely shade of blue.

    • Ooh, what a LOVELY shade of blue, Pat!! I hope they make up four corners of a blanket.....

    • These rich, deep blue squares are wonderful.   They will really anchor a blanket.

    • I'm using Royal Blue for my Colour of the Month squares too, Pat. Maybe they'll end up in the same blanket together with some fancy squares!

  • I feel your pain Patricia , Lesley and Karen regarding the cost of postage. We have lost surface mail altogether from Canada. I spoke with a clerk in the post office and he said it was because they no longer shipped via the Red Sea because of the piracy problems. I pay $96.00 Canadian dollar for under 2kg.i am now posting one less parcel a year , which is unfortunate. I do get a lot of yarn donated but it doesn't always suit squares.

    • Thanks to all of you for continuing to ship to South Africa even when the rates are increasing in leaps and bounds.  It is making a difference to all those childrens, expecially with winder coming.

    • In the U.S., we haven't had surface mail for a long time, so everything must go by airmail.  The package I sent this week weighed about 14.5 lbs (about 6.5 kgs) and it cost $175.   Soon it will cost more because I have heard that postal rates are going to jump up again.   The postage always cost much more than the yarn itself.

Good thing the customs fees aren't charged on the postage cost!
