Well, as the clock ticks past midnight in my part of the world,
we enter a new year of wonderful, warm crafting for 'our' children.
Starting the year off on a bright and cheery note....

Don't worry, Bev, your eyesight is fine! The middle squares are 2 row stripes with double rows of orange whereas the outside ones are 3 row stripes with only have a single row of orange.
Oh happy days!! My eyes have been a little on the foggy side, first thing in the morning.....hahaha.
Not dull to my eyes! I love crochet linen stitch, and think the children will too. These squares will be wonderful in their blankets.
These are lovely, Patricia. You may think they look dull in the photo, but the child who receives them, sees them, and is able to touch them will absolutely love them! xo

Four more squares in this shade, which is called Peach Melba. My photos all look really dull this month - I've been waiting for the sun to make an appearance but we're creeping towards the end of January and still no sign!

My faves would have to be the floral design. It reminds me of the kinds of patterns my grandmother used to do when she was crocheting doilies. Unfortunately, I didn't follow in her footsteps......
