POSTING A PARCEL?

Did you know that every parcel
Knit-a-square receives incurs a mandatory handling fee of $3.75 US, charged by the
South African Customs & Excise?
When mailing a package,
it is critical to write
BONA FIDE GIFT FOR CHARITY, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on your parcel and a declared value of $0 on your Customs Slip so KAS doesn't incur additional postage fees.
Are you sending from the U.S.? Please DO NOT insure your package.

"I agree with Amy about these charming applique squares.   All the decades I lived in New Mexico bring back fond memories with this set. Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque and Alien Museum in Roswell.    My favorite theory about the "aliens" is that the parents were away for the night, and the teenagers took the space ship for a joy ride, lost control and crashed near Roswell.   Makes me chuckle every time I think of it."

"A really nice collection of squares and hats, Mireille.   Lots of texture to keep little fingers touching and feeling and using those brain cells."

CREATECARE GLOBAL

"CreateCare Global has set itself two tasks. The first is physical: to bring hope, support and comfort to children for whom poverty and loss are everyday tormentors. The second, and in our view equally important, is to spread the message to the world."

Our thanks to CreateCare Global for supporting the Square Circle Forum and helping to spread the wonderful work that KAS does.
